黑料不打烊 is excited to announce the release of a new harassment prevention training 听听肠补濒濒别诲听Diversity Rules: Harassment Prevention, Sensitivity & Correction Training for Construction Workers and Supervisors听(鈥Diversity Rules鈥).听Diversity Rules听is one DVD with two training videos designed to aid construction employers with harassment prevention, sensitivity, and correction training. One video on the DVD is targeted for an audience of supervisors and the other is targeted for an audience of non-supervisors.听 Both videos were filmed on a construction jobsite and are equipped with Spanish-language closed-captioning that the trainer can turn on or off.听 The DVD is available in the听. Employment lawyers from the law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP helped create the videos.听 They also lent their expertise in an 黑料不打烊听webinar听on November 4 titled听Building the Best Harassment Prevention & Training Program for Your Construction Company.听The webinar covered use of听the video听and other best practices construction companies should consider when conducting harassment-prevention training .听 A听听is also available in the 黑料不打烊 bookstore.
